Q: What services do you offer? A: At HMC Solutions, we specialize in custom embroidery, screen printing, and engraving. Additionally, we offer online store solutions for businesses, schools, teams, and organizations looking to streamline their merchandise sales.

Q: Do you have order minimums? A: For majority of our items, we do not require a minimum quantity ordered. Custom embroidered patches are an exception - those do have a minimum of 25. Contact us for specific details!

Q: How long does it take to complete an order? A: Turnaround time varies based on the size and complexity of the order. Typically, orders are completed within 2 - 3 weeks. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Q: If I am providing the logo files, what format is required? A: Vector files are required for any service. If you do not have your designs in a vector file, we are able to create one, however, there will be an additional fee.

EMBROIDERY

Q: What types of items can you embroider? A: We can embroider on a variety of items, including hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just ask!

Q: Can you create a custom design for embroidery? A: Absolutely! Provide us with your artwork or logo, and we’ll digitize it for embroidery. If you don’t have a design, our team can help create one for you.

SCREEN PRESS

Q: How many colors can you print on a design? A: We can print any number of colors in a design. Let us know your vision, and we’ll make it happen.

Q: Will the print fade over time? A: No worries! We use high-quality inks and processes to ensure vibrant, long-lasting prints that resist fading in wear and washing.

ENGRAVING

Q: What materials can you engrave? A: We can engrave on metal, wood, glass, acrylic, and more. If you have a specific material in mind, reach out to confirm it’s a fit for our services.

Q: Do you offer custom engraving for bulk orders? A: Yes! We can handle bulk engraving for events, corporate gifts, or other large orders. Contact us for a custom quote.

DESIGN & ORDERING

Q: Can you help with design work? A: Of course! Whether you have a rough idea or need a completely new design, our team can assist in creating artwork that fits your vision.

ONLINE STORES

Q: What is an online store, and how does it work? A: Our online store service allows you to create a custom e-commerce platform for your organization’s merchandise. We handle the setup, sales, and fulfillment so you can focus on your goals. Stores can open and close on your schedule, making them perfect for limited-time fundraisers, team orders, or seasonal campaigns.

Q: Who can use an online store? A: Online stores are great for schools, sports teams, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and any group looking to offer branded merchandise or apparel without managing inventory.

Q: How long can the store stay open? A: The store can be open as long or as briefly as you need. Whether it’s a week-long fundraiser or a month-long pre-order campaign, we’ll tailor it to your schedule.

Q: What happens after the store closes? A: Once the store closes, we’ll process all orders, fulfill them, and either ship them directly to customers or provide bulk delivery to a designated location.

GIFT CARDS

Q: Do you offer gift cards? A: Yes, we do! Gift cards are a perfect option for birthdays, holidays, corporate employees, or any occasion when you want to give the gift of custom creations.

Q: How do gift cards work? A: When you purchase a gift card, payment is required upfront. Once processed, we’ll email you a unique gift card code that can be redeemed at any of our online stores or applied to a custom order.

Q: Are there any restrictions on gift card usage? A: Gift cards can be used on any HMC Solutions online store or custom order. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: How do I purchase a gift card? A: Contact us directly to purchase a gift card, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure the recipient gets their unique code promptly.
